Delivery Information
All bouquets will be packaged properly to ensure that your bouquet is safe from damage during transit.
We send out parcels everyday and we aim to ship your orders within 24 hours.
For delivery locations within the same state: 2-4 business days via standard delivery and 1-2 days via express delivery.
For delivery locations outside of NSW: 3-5 business days via standard delivery and 1-2 days via express delivery.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Worldwide 7-10 business days via standard international
Pick Up Information
Pickup location is Macquarie Park, NSW or Epping, NSW
Please do not come if you have not been notified that your order is ready. We will contact you to schedule a time for collection. Please adhere to the agreed timing.
Orders will generally be ready for collection within 24 hours. Please get in touch with us if you require an urgent collection!
Collection on weekends are available between 9am - 12pm.
